I'm not sure why there are any 1 ratings. If you have an ID card printer, then you know CardPresso is pretty much THE program to use. And that there are several versions which are essentially packs of more and more feature sets that you may or may not need. So you select the features you need to determine the version you should get. Sometimes the XXS version comes included with your device. For many, that's more than enough already. This version is the XS. I ordered it. I received it. And I'm now using it.
