Aketek 50-Pack Retractable ID Badge Reels with Key Clip - 10 Colors for Office & Security Use

The cats love it! I bought this product to keep up with the names of my cats. The clip on the back is really durable and I was able to clip them on their collars. Spock hated wearing his badge at first, but when he saw Sheldon (a cool cat) with a badge, he no longer minded wearing it. I tested each one of the badges and there were no defects! Thank goodness because I really needed all 50. Some do get stuck on the recoil but they eventually went back in (CON) and it was not a big deal to me. Other than that, great product! Wish they had a smaller version for my hamsters!So they are pretty cheaply made but you are paying $5 for 50 of them when you go to an office store and will pay that for only 5 of them so I don't know what people are expecting. I use them in my classroom for passes. I was a little disappointed in the number of each color I got. I read through the listing again and it doesn't state that it is mixed or random so I assumed I would get an equal number of the colors listed. What I actually got was: 9 Teal/light blue (not listed), 7 green, 3 clear, 5 purple, 6 red, 2 yellow, 2 lime green (not listed), 5 dark blue, 5 orange, 6 black and 0 pink. I use different colors for different passes so I really needed more yellow and pink but did't get any. Also they are all individually wrapped which was a pain to take them all out. Other than that I am satisfied for the price.I am satisfied with the price on these badge holders. The colors are very pretty. It's true that about 10 of them the string won't reel back in and 3 of them the string came out completely. If the string gets stuck and won't reel back in, try pulling the metal clip on the back out a little and this sometimes fixes it. Overall I am happy for the price that I paid.I purchased these badge reels along with these buttons After reading reviews I expected a few duds, but was really surprised to not find any! There was one of the plastic badge holder snaps that did not work (the orange one in the picture) but other than that all of them are fully functional. I received 5 of each color: red, pink, yellow, purple, light blue/teal, blue, green, white, black, and orange. I will update my review if I hear that they start breaking, but so far I am happy with my purchase!I received all 50 off my lot, all of them worked perfectly fine and were in separate little baggies. I tested each one of them and counted them. I saw the mixed reviews so I wanted to make sure and let people know that these are so worth it, I would buy from this seller again. I do not buy online a lot. I bought them for my upcoming training class, and I know I cannot give them sub-par quality or else I will hear about it. So worth the shot.This is such a huge bang for your buck! These are really good quality and hold up very well. I have been decorating them and just love the results. I will be ordering again once I run out of the huge number they send you for so little!! I love a good deal and this is for sure one of them. The Colors are vibrant and clear. The reel glides very smooth and nicely. I have several nurse friends who have used them daily and just love them. I can not say enough good things about these.What do I have to do to get consistency? Every time I order the variety of colors changes. This time I got some light blue and lime green. I need more BLACK. What do I have to do to get more black around here? I am running behind on my business orders cause I cannot get what I need? I bought 100 total of these ( 2 sets) and got 5 black ones.......there is nothing wrong with the badges I do get. they're nice and all but I'm very frustrated. one time there normal colors and this time they're vibrant colors....
